Reduce stress, improve digestion, and slip into total body awareness with this beautiful gentle stretching, belly self-massage, and breathwork class.
Students will be guided through gentle stretches and movement to wake up the hips, spine, and core. Then students will move into a gentle guided belly unwinding that focuses on belly breathing and gentle belly massage to stimulate digestion, reduce stress, move toxins out of the belly, and restore body awareness.
