Channeling Practice and Violet Flame Meditation @ Sage Center (Conference Room upstairs)

Channeling class Pic 2022Hello! Looking to practice your channeling skills?

For the purposes of this group, “channeling” is defined as: the conscious attention to energy in order to gain information and/or to be informed by energy. So, all of you angel writers, akashic records readers, guide speaker for-ers, light attendants, and conscious energy talker to-ers you’re most welcome. It’s best that you come with a system for channeling that you use already. Please note that this is not a class to learn how to channel.

This will be a very low key session and you will not have to perform for the group.

The session will go like this:

We begin to meet at 5:30.

The doors will close at 5:40

At 5:45 we’ll sit in meditation to gather ourselves to ourselves and get into a state of relaxation.

Around 6-ish we’ll call on the Violet Flame to help us transmute anything that keeps us from being a clear channel. And, well, because the Violet Flame is awesome and any excuse, right?!

Next we channel. We’ll be channeling for ourselves and not the group. We’ll be in a conference room with tables so you’ll be able to write or draw or what have you. If you are a verbal channeler, I ask that you keep your channeling to a murmur. If you are not, please know that there may be verbal channelers in the room and it won’t be totally quiet when you are channeling.

After about a half hour – 45 min we’ll come back together and, if we so desire, share what information we’ve gathered. This will also be the time to ask questions of the group to get suggestions to help you with your channeling.

Leave by 7:30.

No pressure to perform. Very laid back. Channeling at the same time and in the same space as others boosts the brightness of the energy in the room and you’ll get the support of a community of people who respect your efforts to expand your abilities.

This will be an ongoing group that will include opportunities in future sessions to practice channeling for a group or others.

Please bring what you need with you to capture what you channel: paper, writing and/or drawing utensils, a recording device and headphones with a mic. When you capture what you channel it not only gives you something to look back on but it also affirms for you, in the moment, that you are indeed channeling.

Fee: $14/session drop in. Or you can pay upfront: $38 for 3 sessions or $60 for 5 sessions. Please contact me if you need a sliding scale. I’d rather you get a chance to practice than not.
