A positive outlet to channel ones experiences (past and present) of going through and coping with Covid and our daily lives.
Mending, Recovered and Long Haulers…The ripple effects of Covid go well beyond Covid itself.

“Pause your mind” (R) we “Exclude No One” for we are everyone. The support group is 50 minutes long and the format is as follows.
– Breathing & Meditation (Ebb & Flow Breathing Technique)
– Keynote speaker
– Group share
– Group consciousness

Details Of Monday, July 26th meeting:

We are going to go through a breathing exercise, and then go right into a support format of:
– a guest speaker
– group discussion
– group consciousness
Being that this is a first class of its kind.. We will make changes for and by the group at the end of the first class… It is key that we make the environment comfortable, and welcoming. This is a connective outlet for who we are and what we need to do to heal our mind and body.

Donations are optional.
See you on Monday at 6.

This class brings you the best of both worlds, with an hour of mindful movement and 30 minutes of deeply restful restorative poses and Yoga Nidra.

Some props provided on site, feel free to bring your own blankets/bolsters if you like.

Welcome to this deeply nourishing class for the postpartum woman (0-5yrs postpartum). Take the time to slow down and come home to yourself through a blend of movement, breath, and deep rest and relaxation. Practices will support the health and healing of the postpartum body, while taking the time to nourish your whole being and renew vitality at every level. Babies and little ones welcome too.

Come home to yourself as a woman in this class designed to honor and support the female body through all its cycles, changes, and seasons with gentle rhythmic breath and movement, and deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra.

Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, menstruating, post-menopause, or have had a hysterectomy, this class is for you and your body. All levels welcome, no yoga experience necessary.
