New Year’s Guided Meditation
Jan 3 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Sindi Meditating with dog croppedOut with the old and in with the new! During this self-healing, guided, group meditation we acknowledge our ability to change, as well as be in the present moment. We will take time letting go of unwanted energies from 2015 and previous years while adjusting to the energy of the new year. We must cleanse and let go of the old and that which we no longer want to make room for the new and what we want to create in the present. Learn easy to use, self-empowering visualization techniques to assist you during meditation and in your everyday life.

This is a seated meditation. Chairs are provided and will be used during this group meditation session. The meditation posture presented in this form of meditation allows you to have a more open system for your energies to flow freely and smoothly. Please see the photo to the right. That’s me with my friend’s dog in the background. You are welcome to bring seat cushions to help with your comfort.

Join Certified Meditation Teacher, Sindi Somers and move from 2015 into 2016 with more ease.

Refresh and rejuvenate and say hello to 2016 in a safe, peaceful setting!

Call 503-741-1344 to pre-pay your non-refundable $5 and reserve your spot.
