While slower in movement than Vinyasa Yoga, students will be mentally and physically challenged to create tapas (heat that burns off impurities in the body). Students will be guided to move and engage where the energy circuitry is turned on throughout the body. Breath practice is key. Suitable for all levels of students. Students are encouraged to practice in accordance to one’s pace and rest when needed. Experienced yogis will be challenged to cultivate stability in order to access subtler dimensions. Best suited for students with experience.

Yin Yoga provides deep stretching and release for your body, while Yoga Nidra allows your mind to rest in a conscious sleep state. By the end of the class you will be renewed in mind, body and spirit!
Yoga Nidra is a state between sleeping and waking. The body is completely relaxed and made comfortable through props, and Jamie then helps to turn the awareness inward by walking your conscious mind around each part of your body to help it relax even further. It is much like a guided meditation, but the state of relaxation is much deeper and results in complete relaxation and expansion the individual’s self-awareness.
