Lani is a thoughtful, clear and precise teacher. She has been teaching well over 30 years. Her focus is on movement and awareness in movement to keep the body supple, strong and ﬂexible.
Lani loves yoga and what the practice can contribute to the body, the mind and the spirit. Yoga can be fun as well as serious, studied as well as loose, and free as well as controlled.
Discovering the power and depth of yoga is her passionate interest and sharing this discovery with her yoga students is a great joy in her life.
Lani teaches with a focus on the inner experience of yoga; through breath and movement she guides students to access their deepest inner strength and to sustain awareness of its presence throughout their yoga practice and life.
Lani has also studied Continuum for 15 years, Nutritious Movement, Feldenkrais, Qi Gong and Tai Chi. All of these contribute to the depth of her teaching.
