Prenatal+:
Prenatal+ Yoga is an inclusive class to support your journey all the way through pregnancy and postpartum recovery through a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, restorative Yoga Nidra, and supportive compassionate community. Together these practices can help to build the suppleness and strength in the body needed to birth your baby and support recovery and bonding after birth. Modifications will be offered for the varied needs in the class so you can feel held and cared for through all stages of this sacred journey.
All pregnant and postpartum people are welcome in this circle of belonging and no yoga experience is necessary.
