Hatha Flow, All Levels Yoga:
Join me at the Sage Center to awaken and nourish body, mind, and heart with seasonally adapted mindful breath and movement practices. Each part of practice will have options provided for those who need a more gentle practice, as well as those wishing for more challenge. All classes are aimed at reconnecting you to the cyclical rhythms of the season and time of day.
Adaptations with chairs provided for all who need, props available on site, or feel free to bring your own.
