This class is a combination of the deeply nourishing rest of Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and a flowing practice of mindful breath and movement. Practices integrate Ayurvedic and cyclical wisdom to support seasonal and cyclical living as part of a holistic approach to caring for your being: body, mind, and heart. All levels welcome.
