Maddie is a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist. She has been a student of yoga since 2004 and a teacher since 2011. Her classes weave the ancient practices and philosophy of Yoga and Ayurveda with a modern understanding of physiology, anatomy, and neuroscience. She strongly emphasizes mindfulness and breathing in her classes and seeks to help students move through their practice with a compassionate, loving attitude toward themselves and their present moment experience as it unfolds.
All Levels Yoga: Thurs, 9-10:30am
Join me in person at the Sage Center for this all levels class to nourish body, mind, and heart with mindful breath and movement practices suitable for all levels. Adaptations with chairs provided for all who need, props available on site, or feel free to bring your own.
Gentle Yoga: Thurs, 11am-12:15pm
This gentle, accessible class uses plenty of support from props and chairs to help students build strength and balance, and flexibility in a variety of poses. Breath awareness and mindfulness help to build a practice that is multidimensional to promote wellbeing at every level.
Well Woman Yoga: Saturdays, 10am-11:30am
Come home to yourself in this class designed to honor and support your feminine body through all its cycles, changes, and seasons.. This class is for all those who identify as female or wish to practice connecting to the deep feminine through yoga and tantra. This class blends yoga asana, yoga nidra, and tantra to deeply nourish and support the health of the whole female system at every level with respect, care, and kindness. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.
