Join us weekly for a support group that includes realistic goal-setting, honest weight loss strategies, accountability, and positive encouragement. A physician will guide you through developing new habits, food journaling, weigh-ins, and body measurements. You will walk out of each meeting with tools for your continued success and a support network available to you at any time.
There is no fee to participate in the support group.
