Join us for a deeply restorative Soundbath and Reiki experience.
Alexa will guide you through a soothing sound journey using crystal singing bowls and pyramids, creating waves of healing frequencies that help calm the mind and relax the nervous system.
You’ll also receive individualized hands-on or distant Reiki from Kati—a Japanese energetic healing technique that channels universal life-force energy to support relaxation, balance, and emotional healing. Kati will also offer personalized chakra tuning based on your unique energetic needs.
Please note:
– Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to settle in your space. This will allow the group to begin on time.
