Equinox Yoga and Sound Bath
Join us as we partner with Ava Joubert, meditation teacher and sound bath facilitator, for this Equinox celebration. This 2 hour event will feature an hour of yoga led by Maddie Adams followed by an hour-long sound bath with Ava. Together, Maddie and Ava will facilitate a luscious and nourishing practice that weaves together movement, breath, and sound for a deeply relaxing and healing experience to support us all through this transitional time of year.
