Mamas! Bring your babies and join me for this nourishing class to support postpartum healing at every level and resource yourself for the ongoing sacred work of motherhood. Practices will focus on restoring healthy strength and movement for the pelvic floor, hips, and upper back while supporting your deep connection to your baby and your own inner Knowing through movement, breath, sound, and the deep rest of Yoga Nidra.
