Tai Chi classBasic mindfulness practice based on Insight Meditation techniques provides methods for reducing stress, deepening compassion and building a more stable peace of mind. Mindful movement and regular Meditation practice reinforces healthy patterns of well-being and clear thinking that can change our brains for the better. Each class includes alternating periods of mindful movement and basic sitting practice.  Discussion period at the end includes tips for adapting mindfulness awareness in everyday living. Appropriate for beginning and returning students.
