Full Moon Circle
This monthly gathering is for all who wish to connect to and honor our cyclical nature. Maddie leads this offering at each full moon with a blend of Yoga Nidra, movement, and a mindful connection to breath and sound. Practices are intended to celebrate our cyclical nature as human beings as we honor the full moon time as a representation of the cycles of life.
Cyclical wisdom provides a map for us to navigate the changes of daily, monthly, and seasonal wisdom with equanimity and trust while healing our relationship to ourselves and the Earth. These practices can help restore our own rhythmic life cycles and support digestive health, hormone health, anxiety, depression, and much more.
This is a circle of belonging for all. No yoga experience is necessary.

Buddha was, among other things, an extraordinary psychologist. He explained to us how the mind actually works–its parts, its pitfalls, its virtues, and its confusion. He did all this so we could learn to control our mind, to be peaceful instead of anxious, accepting rather than angry.
Join us in Beaverton for this series on how to cultivate peace within. Starts February 25!
No experience necessary. Please join us for meditation and ancient wisdom! Everyone is welcome!
