In synergy, these two practices engage the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding the body out of a “fight or flight” response.

  • Yin Yoga involves deep stretches, prolonged holds, and soothing music to promote relaxation and alleviate stress.
  • Restorative Yoga incorporates gentle poses aimed at inducing deep rest and calming the nervous system.

This class is beneficial for conditions such as anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, and ADHD, making it suitable for participants of all skill levels.

Similar to a lymphatic massage, this class introduces holds that stimulate the lymphatic system, encouraging drainage and reducing inflammation. Through gentle poses, breathwork, and mindful movements, you can effortlessly weave these practices into your daily routines.

This non-aerobic, calming class is designed to accommodate everyone, and by fostering lymph flow, you can positively influence your digestive, immune, and cardiovascular systems while enhancing both your physical and mental well-being.
