This Tai Chi class for beginner and intermediate levels will focus on Tai Chi movement routines, partner exercises, and foundational Tai Chi principles that you can take with you into the real world. These principles can help you manage stress, can improve balance and mobility, and can improve your movement habits to reduce the risk of injury in daily activities.
This class is taught by Dr. Andrew von Plitt, ND who holds an advanced level coaching certificate in Traditional Chinese Martial Arts which he earned while training in China. Dr. von Plitt started teaching Tai Chi in 2011 and has posted over 300 free Tai Chi and Qigong instruction videos on YouTube.
