Fall Equinox Energy Reset: Soundbath + Reiki Healing in Beaverton OR

Celebrate the changing season with us!
Autumn is the time of harvest, to celebrate the growth we’ve accomplished during the year and to prepare for the coming slow down of winter. There is a change of going inward in the air…

Release. Relax. Reset.
Join Kati VanLoo, Reiki Master, and Alexa Jett, Psychic Medium and Singing Bowl Sound Healer, for a special offering that combines the restorative qualities of a Soundbath with Reiki energetic healing to quiet the mind, transcend time and sink into bliss.

New to these modalities?
The Soundbath is facilitated by Alexa, including crystal singing bowls and pyramids, to create waves of soothing sound frequencies that serve as vibrational therapy and allow you to quiet your mind. You’ll also receive individualized hands-on or distant Reiki energy healing from Kati, a Japanese energetic technique that allows the practitioner to channel Reiki energy that promotes relaxation and healing to the recipient. Kati also provides chakra tuning based on individual needs.

Please note:
– Plan to arrive around 1:50 pm to settle in your space. This will allow us to begin at the scheduled time.
– Pre-registration is required.

Energy exchange is $45 for this 60-minute event. Use this link to register and save your spot.

What participants are saying:
“You two are tapped into a source of rejuvenation that we all need. The interplay between the singing bowls and the individual reiki was a very soothing dynamic.”

“Whoa…Alexa is a cosmic intergalactic DJ. The sonic waves from the crystal bowls cut through the static of the daily grind, and I felt opened up and transported to a deeper consciousness….no psychedelics needed.”

“Kati is the real deal. Without touch, I could feel a heaviness lifted from my chest and a charging or tingling in my hands. I felt rooted into an energetic discharge of other people’s stuff and then a spark of receiving for my own recharge.”

Oct 22 @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

TLE logoYin & Restorative Yoga:

In synergy, these two practices engage the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding the body out of a “fight or flight” response.

  • Yin Yoga involves deep stretches, prolonged holds, and soothing music to promote relaxation and alleviate stress.
  • Restorative Yoga incorporates gentle poses aimed at inducing deep rest and calming the nervous system.

This class is beneficial for conditions such as anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, and ADHD, making it suitable for participants of all skill levels.

Similar to a lymphatic massage, this class introduces holds that stimulate the lymphatic system, encouraging drainage and reducing inflammation. Through gentle poses, breathwork, and mindful movements, you can effortlessly weave these practices into your daily routines.

This non-aerobic, calming class is designed to accommodate everyone, and by fostering lymph flow, you can positively influence your digestive, immune, and cardiovascular systems while enhancing both your physical and mental well-being.

Oct 31 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Energy ResetSamhain, also known as Halloween, All Hallows Eve or Witch’s New Year, occurs each year on October 31st. It a time where the veil between life and death is very thin, and we celebrate by honoring our ancestors and passed on loved ones and pets. It’s a celebration of life and death, and the cycle of it all.

In addition to the Reiki Soundbath you know and love from Alexa + Kati, this month’s session will be on Samhain with additional energetic support and rituals! The expanded 1.5-hour session will begin with us creating a collective altar with Kati for the session (you’ll receive instructions in your email for this for what to bring!) and a journey guided by Alexa to connect with ancestors and guides who are present for you on this very special day!

Following this opener, we’ll begin the Reiki Soundbath!

When:
Friday, 10/31 from 7:00-8:30 pm
Where:
Sage Center for Health & Wholeness
