About

Hello, hello! I’m Kati, a Certified Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Master healer, intuitive guide, and feminine embodiment mentor. I believe that when heart-centered, driven women live their life in full alignment, the ripple effect shifts our world. My mission has grown to create a space where we can all do this together through my brand and movement called Modern Energy Wellness.

 

My self development journey began like so many women: as I grew up, I learned so many stories about how to be a woman in this world. I chased achievements, external validation, and worked to climb the corporate ladder at all costs. I became so disconnected from my body and inner wisdom, I ended up totally lost on my purpose, in dating hell and in complete burnout in my career, even though I was doing all that I could think of to bolster my health and happiness. But I had this small feeling deep down that there had to be a missing piece to the puzzle that would create the shifts I longed to have in my life.

 

I began to listen to those nudges, and it led me on a long path to studying energy healing practices, Reiki, spiritual teachings, leadership, feminine embodiment, and so much more. These years of study brought me back to my soul wisdom, helped me to heal so much of what was holding me back, and sparked a movement to help distill these teachings into tangible sessions and teachings for women who were just like me. I knew that even with the focus on physical and mental health coming to the forefront in society, energetic health was one I was meant to help bring forward to help women remember this innate power they have within them.

 

For more than four years now, I’ve been holding energy healing sessions and facilitating trainings for women that have radically changed their lives. I am so honored to do this work, and I can’t wait to see our Modern Energy Wellness community continue to grow as we all step into our most authentic and powerful versions of ourselves together.

 

I am holding In-Person Reiki Healing Sessions and Reiki Certifications at Sage Center, and I also have Virtual Reiki Healing Sessions, Local Space Cleansing Sessions, and a Virtual Feminine Embodiment & Energy Mastery Mentorship.
