Pioneered by eminent figures like Jay Haley, John Weakland, Paul Watzlawick, and Richard Fisch, Brief Therapy’s strength lies in its focused and time-sensitive approach. By concentrating on the present and what is maintaining the problem, clients can achieve positive outcomes within a shorter timeframe. Stage 2 aims to strengthen and broaden your Brief Therapy skills, allowing you to observe therapy

  • Managing Therapist Maneuverability and using qualifying language

Ayurvedic principles and Yoga Nidra are also woven through this practice to support seasonal wellbeing and nurture deep stillness.
