Fall Equinox Energy Reset: Soundbath + Reiki Healing in Beaverton OR

Celebrate the changing season with us!
Autumn is the time of harvest, to celebrate the growth we’ve accomplished during the year and to prepare for the coming slow down of winter. There is a change of going inward in the air…

Release. Relax. Reset.
Join Kati VanLoo, Reiki Master, and Alexa Jett, Psychic Medium and Singing Bowl Sound Healer, for a special offering that combines the restorative qualities of a Soundbath with Reiki energetic healing to quiet the mind, transcend time and sink into bliss.

New to these modalities?
The Soundbath is facilitated by Alexa, including crystal singing bowls and pyramids, to create waves of soothing sound frequencies that serve as vibrational therapy and allow you to quiet your mind. You’ll also receive individualized hands-on or distant Reiki energy healing from Kati, a Japanese energetic technique that allows the practitioner to channel Reiki energy that promotes relaxation and healing to the recipient. Kati also provides chakra tuning based on individual needs.

Please note:
– Plan to arrive around 1:50 pm to settle in your space. This will allow us to begin at the scheduled time.
– Pre-registration is required.

Energy exchange is $45 for this 60-minute event. Use this link to register and save your spot.

What participants are saying:
“You two are tapped into a source of rejuvenation that we all need. The interplay between the singing bowls and the individual reiki was a very soothing dynamic.”

“Whoa…Alexa is a cosmic intergalactic DJ. The sonic waves from the crystal bowls cut through the static of the daily grind, and I felt opened up and transported to a deeper consciousness….no psychedelics needed.”

“Kati is the real deal. Without touch, I could feel a heaviness lifted from my chest and a charging or tingling in my hands. I felt rooted into an energetic discharge of other people’s stuff and then a spark of receiving for my own recharge.”

Special Samhain Session Energy Reset: Soundbath and Reiki Healing @ Sage Center Group Room
Oct 31 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Energy ResetSamhain, also known as Halloween, All Hallows Eve or Witch’s New Year, occurs each year on October 31st. It a time where the veil between life and death is very thin, and we celebrate by honoring our ancestors and passed on loved ones and pets. It’s a celebration of life and death, and the cycle of it all.

In addition to the Reiki Soundbath you know and love from Alexa + Kati, this month’s session will be on Samhain with additional energetic support and rituals! The expanded 1.5-hour session will begin with us creating a collective altar with Kati for the session (you’ll receive instructions in your email for this for what to bring!) and a journey guided by Alexa to connect with ancestors and guides who are present for you on this very special day!

Following this opener, we’ll begin the Reiki Soundbath!

When:
Friday, 10/31 from 7:00-8:30 pm
Where:
Sage Center for Health & Wholeness
10700 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, Bldg 3, Suite 555 Beaverton OR 97005

If you’ve ever worked with either of these two before, you know how powerful this will be to have them facilitating together!

Please note:

  • Please bring any items with you that will allow you to lay comfortably on the studio floor for the duration of the session (yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets, eye masks, crystals, etc.).    The studio does offer mats and blankets. Note for Samhain Session: You will receive an email closer to the event with instructions of what to bring for the collective ancestor altar.

Soft Launch: A New Year Soundbath and Energy Healing Planning Ritual @ Sage Center Group Room
Jan 25 @ 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Soft Launch

Imagine starting this year not from forced hustle and push energy, but from feminine flow and guidance. Time carved out just to deeply listen to what you’re being called to in 2026 before you start taking action. Stepping into a candlelit space, with a beautiful altar, soundbowls, essential oils, and space to be your most relaxed and comfortable self. Starting the year focusing on energy, the body, and what’s most important to you. This is the Soft Launch.

The 1st of the year comes during the middle winter… not quite when the world has thawed and is ready for seed planting in spring. While we prepare for more energetic support from the lunar new year and spring equinox in a few weeks, we can take this time now to slow down before we speed up, matching nature’s current to bolster our own.

If you’re feeling like a Soft Launch this January to help you drop into your feminine, get clarity on your upcoming year ahead, and reset your nervous system, this is the session for you.

Join the Founder and CEO of Modern Energy Wellness™, Reiki Master Energy Medicine Practitioner, and Feminine Embodiment Expert Kati VanLoo for this 1.5 hour experience.

What it is:

– inviting your feminine energy to lead your visioning of the year ahead

– dropping into the body to honor what’s here now to inform how you want to move forward

– getting clarity on your values and priorities

– a recalibration of your nervous system to match the season we’re in

What’s it’s not:

– a strategy session for your goals in 2026

– mood board creation

– a workout or stretch class

This is perfect for you if:

– you still feel like you’re in winter hibernation mode and not quite go-go-go mode just yet

– you’ve already set some 2026 goals and want to drop deeper into your body and heart to feel into how to move forward

– you’re unclear about what you want to do or call forward in 2026, but want to find some clarity to help guide you

– you want to move your goal-setting/intention-setting from just the head down to the heart and body

– you want support to relax and recalibrate through sound healing and reiki energy healing

What’s included:

– gentle seated movement to drop into the body

– guided meditation and visioning

– crystal singing bowl soundbath

– individual reiki energy healing from Kati

What you’ll leave with:

– a felt sense (or “body imprint” as Kati calls it) of how you’ll be moving through this year and who you’re becoming

– a relaxed nervous system and body

– a rooted, clear and true reflection of where you’ve been in 2025 and you’re headed in 2026

Please note:

– Please bring any items with you that will allow you to lay comfortably on the studio floor for a portion of the session (yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets, eye masks, crystals, etc.). The studio does offer mats and blankets if you need!

– Plan to arrive around 11:20am to settle in your space. This will allow us to begin at the scheduled time.

– Pre-registration is required.

– If you are purchasing/registering for more than just yourself, please register each individual participant with their own name, email, and payment.

Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Level I + II two-day certification class @ Sage Center Group Room
Mar 21 @ 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

 Kajabi 2026 - 3

Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Level I + II is a two-day certification class.

You’ve felt it: a shift in the collective energy. The fast-paced, high-pressure ways of being are no longer sustainable. You’re ready to root deeper, live softer, and connect to something wiser than the world around you.

Reiki is more than a healing modality. It’s a life path, a sacred remembering, and a skill that allows you to harmonize your nervous system, access intuitive clarity, and offer energetic support to yourself and others in an increasingly chaotic world.

Whether you’re here to expand your personal practice, weave Reiki into your work with clients, or simply respond to the inner pull, these experiences are your portal.

Kati blends her trainings and certifications not only with the teachings passed down to her from The International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), but also from her own intuitive gifts, expertise in feminine energetics, and vast education in spiritual concepts and intuitive development.

In addition to your Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Manual and teachings, you’ll also receive a supplemental The Modern Energy Wellness™Manual and trainings for your level that include custom concepts and energy healing skills from Kati.

Included in this certification training:

Root into the Foundations

Explore the heart of Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki from its sacred origins to the core principles and techniques that guide you in working with life force energy. You’ll receive a beautifully detailed Level I & II Reiki Manual to support your growth, learning, and intuitive practice.

Heart-Open Practice

Feel the energy for yourself through guided Reiki practice sessions. You’ll learn how to channel Reiki for your own healing and how to offer it to others, creating spaciousness in the body, clarity in the mind, and alignment in your energy field.

Step Into the Path of a Reiki Practitioner

Upon completion, you’ll be attuned and certified in Reiki Levels I & II. You’ll be empowered to begin offering this healing modality to yourself, your community, or clients. Plus, you’ll receive continued support and resources as you deepen your journey with Reiki.

Physical materials you’ll walk away with:

  • Print OR Digital Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki First and Second Degree Manual (190+ pages)
  • Supplemental Modern Energy Wellness™ Manual with special topics and skills for energy healing
  • Supplemental handouts for additional teachings, as well as 21-day integration practices for post-training

Your Teacher Trainer and Guide:

Kati VanLoo is a Certified Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Master healer, intuitive guide, and feminine embodiment expert. The Founder of Modern Energy Wellness, she specializes in deep energy healing through her intuitive gifts and feminine energetic teachings.

Let sound and energy work together to bring you back into harmony. ✨

What participants are saying: “You two are tapped into a source of rejuvenation that we all need.
