I provide IN PERSON, VIDEO and TELEPHONE counseling services, a flexible approach to accessing traditional support with a counselor. I have 20 years of experience in the mental health/counseling field working with children, adolescents, adults and elders in a variety of settings from schools, day treatment programs, veterans counseling center, community mental health agency, crisis line and private practice.
I attended George Fox University a local Christian University, for both undergraduate and graduate studies where I focused on counseling/psychology, faith, health and wellness. In order to have true healing and life balance it is my belief that we treat the mind, body and soul.
My focus is on solution focused and goal oriented counseling support to help you reach your goals, process loss and life transitions, find balance in your life and find ways of experiencing moments of joy in every day.
