Maddie Adams yoga classPrenatal Yoga 

This monthly prenatal yoga series is designed to support your body through the changes of pregnancy and help prepare you to birth your baby with confidence and authority in your connection to your body’s power and wisdom. Classes will include a blend of yoga practices to support the varying needs of pregnancy as well as breathing and mindfulness practices to support the process of labor and birth. These practices include mindful movement, breath work, restorative practices, and deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra. Yoga practice during pregnancy can help relieve many of the more uncomfortable symptoms of pregnancy, including round ligament pain, low back pain, hip pain, swollen feet and ankles, and more. No yoga experience is necessary.

Mindfulness, breath awareness, and ambient sounds or music accompany this practice to help you rest more deeply into presence. Restorative Yoga supports and helps restore healthy rhythms of digestion, respiration, and endocrine function, and can help with a variety of chronic pain conditions, digestion issues and stress-based illnesses. Ayurvedic principles and Yoga Nidra are also woven through this practice to support seasonal wellbeing and nurture deep stillness.

Overview:
The Zentangle Method © is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.

Almost anyone can use ZT to create beautiful images. It increases focus and creativity and provides artistic satisfaction along with an increased sense of personal well-being.

The Zentangle Method is enjoyed all over the world, across a wide range of skills, interests, and ages.

Life is an art form and the Zentangle Method is an elegant metaphor for deliberate artistry in life.

This class will provide a beginner with a background in the history of Zentangle, introduce you to the basic steps of the method, and expose you to the associated vocabulary and tools used.

What’s Included: $45
You will receive a class kit and extra “tiles” to take home and continue to tangle.
Online resources will be shared for unlimited drawing creations back home.

Almost anyone can use ZT to create beautiful images. It increases focus and creativity and provides artistic satisfaction along with an increased sense of personal well-being.

The Zentangle Method is enjoyed all over the world, across a wide range of skills, interests, and ages.

Life is an art form and the Zentangle Method is an elegant metaphor for deliberate artistry in life.

This class will provide a beginner with a background in the history of Zentangle, introduce you to the basic steps of the method, and expose you to the associated vocabulary and tools used.

This Tai Chi class for beginner and intermediate levels will focus on Tai Chi movement routines, partner exercises, and foundational Tai Chi principles that you can take with you into the real world. These principles can help you manage stress, can improve balance and mobility, and can improve your movement habits to reduce the risk of injury in daily activities.

This class is taught by Dr. Andrew von Plitt, ND who holds an advanced level coaching certificate in Traditional Chinese Martial Arts which he earned while training in China. Dr. von Plitt started teaching Tai Chi in 2011 and has posted over 300 free Tai Chi and Qigong instruction videos on YouTube.

This monthly prenatal yoga series is designed to support your body through the changes of pregnancy and help prepare you to birth your baby with confidence and authority in your connection to your body’s power and wisdom. Classes will include a blend of yoga practices to support the varying needs of pregnancy as well as breathing and mindfulness practices to support the process of labor and birth. These practices include mindful movement, breath work, restorative practices, and deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra. Yoga practice during pregnancy can help relieve many of the more uncomfortable symptoms of pregnancy, including round ligament pain, low back pain, hip pain, swollen feet and ankles, and more. No yoga experience is necessary.

Restorative Yoga incorporates the use of many props to support the body in longer held restful poses. Mindfulness, breath awareness, and ambient sounds or music accompany this practice to help you rest more deeply into presence. Restorative Yoga supports and helps restore healthy rhythms of digestion, respiration, and endocrine function, and can help with a variety of chronic pain conditions, digestion issues and stress-based illnesses. Ayurvedic principles and Yoga Nidra are also woven through this practice to support seasonal wellbeing and nurture deep stillness.

Soul Drum © Transformational Drum Circles combine research-supported music and wellness methods with collaborative rhythmic music making.

Group music making in a Transformational Drum Circle offers people:

•  Powerful and natural ways to shift from an undesirable state like stress into relaxation.

• Ways for people to gather and express their own music through rhythm.
Drumming with others is not a new practice – it’s one of the oldest practices on the planet that people have used worldwide for millennia to connect, heal, learn and celebrate.
Transformational Drum Circles are an extension of this age-old tradition.

Transformational Drum Circle music includes:
