Full Moon Circle
This monthly gathering is for all who wish to connect to and honor our cyclical nature. There’s so much “out there” to worry about all the time. Relationships. Career. Misfortune. Current events. No matter how cleverly or cautiously we try to avoid problems, we still encounter them. We may think There’s nothing I can do. We feel uncertain, overwhelmed, distraught, anxious.
Buddha teaches that it’s our customary ways of thinking that lead us to distress, and if we want to change the world we experience, we start by changing our thoughts. It’s not possible to control the external world (even though we try to!), but through meditation it is possible to control our mind, developing a peaceful mind, helping us transform every difficulty in our lives to opportunities, helping us to face problems with wisdom.

Prenatal Yoga
This monthly prenatal yoga series is designed to support your body through the changes of pregnancy and help prepare you to birth your baby with confidence and authority in your connection to your body’s power and wisdom. Classes will include a blend of yoga practices to support the varying needs of pregnancy as well as breathing and mindfulness practices to support the process of labor and birth. These practices include mindful movement, breath work, restorative practices, and deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra. Full Moon Circle
This monthly gathering is for all who wish to connect to and honor our cyclical nature. Maddie leads this offering at each full moon with a blend of Yoga Nidra, movement, and a mindful connection to breath and sound. Practices are intended to celebrate our cyclical nature as human beings as we honor the full moon time as a representation of the cycles of life.
Cyclical wisdom provides a map for us to navigate the changes of daily, monthly, and seasonal wisdom with equanimity and trust while healing our relationship to ourselves and the Earth. These practices can help restore our own rhythmic life cycles and support digestive health, hormone health, anxiety, depression, and much more.
